Wicked!

Tori and I went to Wicked a few weeks ago and WE LOVED IT! Oh my goodness! It was incredible. If you get the chance to see this show, you've got to take it. I can't say enough about it.











Here's Tori with a view from our seats looking at the stage before the show starts. It was such a fun time for Tori and I. It's too bad they don't let you take pictures during the show 'cause I would love to share the cool effects and costumes. Actually, it's not really too bad you can't take pictures. It's nice not having constant flashes going off all during the show... I take back what I said.





























We loved it. I loved even more having my beautiful daughter with me and sharing in this incredible show.

Easter

We had a great time celebrating Easter with Kayce's family and Mom, Dad, and Carol. It's so great having them live close enough that we can spend time together. We all had a yummy Easter lunch and then got cracking coloring Easter eggs. Yes, I chose cracking as an accurate word for what happened to most of the eggs.

Spencer and Ashley

I'm way behind on posting some of the great events in the Glassford household. There's Spencer's marriage, Easter, Todd's birthday, attending Wicked..... wait... hold on... did I just say Spencer's marriage? Yep, I did.

My oldest has run off and got married.

He and Ashley, his new wife, eloped on March 19, 2009. Congratulations...

But, dang, now I feel old. It's hard enough having a child that's almost 22 but to have a child that's married? Now I'm a Mother-in-law? That's just not right. Enough about me.

Spencer and Ashley are happy and they make such a cute couple. We held a Open House for them on April 4th and the two families really enjoyed getting to know one another. Here's some cute pictures from the event.

Evan is doing Great!

My sweet Evan had his surgery on March 5 and here he is three weeks later, this pic was taken March 26. Doesn't he look great?! We are still so very grateful that his injuries weren't more severe and so very grateful that his surgery went well. We're still waiting for some of his nerves to "wake up" in his cheek. These injured nerves are causing some numbness and causing Evan's smile to not quite turn up like it should. But every day we see an improvement and the doctor is confident that those nerves will heal just fine. Doesn't Evan look great? Love you sweet Evan!
