This is a favorite recipe that we cook up every so often for Sunday morning breakfast. Yummy topped with powdered sugar, fruit, syrup, warm jam, or all of the above. Enjoy!
French Crepes (makes 4-5 servings)
6 eggs
2 cup four
2 cup milk
6 Tbls melted butter
2 dashes of sugar
Heat a greased skillet. Mix ingredients together. Drop 1/4 cup batter onto hot skillet and spread thinly. Flip until both sides are golden brown. Top with powdered sugar and berries or other favorite toppings. Serve warm.

Yum! I could go for some of these right now. Mmmmm. In chile we would eat crepes with 'dulce de leche.' It's kind of like caramel. But I love some good fruit and a little powdered sugar. Mmmmm...
